Human-led live proctoring
Live Exam Proctoring uses a customer-supplied invigilator. The invigilator receives live webcam, screen, and microphone streams and must approve the exam start.
Review when identity is uncertain
An uncertain identity result or an identity-service outage routes the case to human review. Candidates can request a non-biometric review path, and your team keeps the final assessment decision.
Live means live
Proctoring video is not recorded. Recording and retained playback are not currently available.
Human-readable location disclosure
Identity processing is disclosed in the candidate flow with a human-readable location label. This page does not show infrastructure names or region codes.
Advertised 90-day retention window
Our public plan policy says assessment resources become eligible for deletion after 90 days: from their last activity on Starter and Flexible, or from subscription lapse on paid plans. Active paid subscriptions remain protected, and we send reminders before deletion. View plans and usage details
One live-proctoring charge per started attempt
For live proctoring, the fee becomes billable when the protected exam starts. If the started attempt is abandoned, it is charged once; reconnecting to that same attempt is not charged again.
